1. Refunds

  • Eligibility: You are eligible for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused and in its original condition, including the packaging.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Used or damaged products, or products that have been opened, cannot be refunded.

  • Refund Time: Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.

2. Exchanges

  • Eligibility: We offer exchanges for damaged or defective products received. If your item is damaged or defective, you must report the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition of Product: The product should be unused and in its original packaging for exchanges to be considered.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • For change of mind returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
